REFLECTIONS
Great things they say come in small packages; sounds funny but true. The way you handle little things around you or what comes to you will determine if great things will be handed to you.
We are tested with little things to get the big things given to us.
Every problem has an expiry date but you choose the length of the date by your desire to find the solution and your resilience to apply it no matter what it costs.
What you say is a reflection of your thought; your attitude is an expression of your belief; gratitude is an extension of appreciation and appreciation stems from positive thinking.
Life has no rehearsal and in the School of Life there is no Exam Time table. Every phase is an opportunity to learn something new.
It has been psychologically proven that most times if not all the time, your appearance, the appearance of your immediate environment and your attitude towards life are a reflection of your mind.
What you don’t change remains and there can never be an outward change if there isn’t, inside you, because true change starts from within. You want to build an empire but you are yet to take care of your one room apartment, you aspire to be a leader, you find it had to lead yourself let alone a small team.
Character building is not done overnight, just as Rome was not built in a day, however, those that build castles in the air can build on land when they act on their imagination. Everything you go through in life is to produce experience and maturity.
Rejection is the flip side of redirection that’s why you should never take ‘NO’ for ‘NEVER’ but take ‘NO’ for ‘try a better way.’ When Thomas Edison was asked how he felt when he failed 999 times trying to invent the light bulb, he said ‘I didn’t fail 999 times; I only discovered 999 ways the light bulb cannot be invented.’
When you ask God for money, He’ll give you an idea that will bring overflow of money; when you ask God for diamond, He’ll give you coal to break and process into diamond, when you ask God for Gold, He’ll give a land where gold is buried for you to dig and discover. That seemingly little thing you despise is where the answer to that big question lies.
Boundless Love
